Tal mahe'Ra Blade

Strength+1 damage each strike. Bearer gets one opitional additional strike each round, only usable to strike with the Blade. If the beare is Black Hand, this additional strike doesn't count to the maximum additional strikes that vampire could do that round.


What is this?

In the game, the Tal Mahe'Ra sword is a katana style sword, wich gives you faster attacks

Kukri

Melee weapon.
Strength damage each strike. An assamite may equip with this weapon in a combat, before range is determined, and his or her strike this round should be done with this weapon. An assamite may have only one Kukri.

What is this?

The Kukri is a knife, wich White Wolf used to sell a time ago.




Weyland’s Wyrcan

Unique melee weapon.
+2 Strenght damage each strike. When a Vampire equips Weyland’s Wyrcan , you may put a card that requires Celerity in this card, and move a blood from the acting minion to this card, and he or she can add another point with a (D) action at +1 stealth. During a combat, the bearer may use the basic effect of the card as it was played from your hand. If this effect has a cost, pay it from this weapon's blood. If the damage done by Weyland’s Wyrcan is prevented by an equipment, that equipment is destroyed.

What is this?

It is a sword, sometimes called Wayland's Sword or Sword of Power. Weyland Smith is a legendary Saxon smith who made really good blades. Some surmise that all blades that are pattern welded, or made from wootz metal are referred to as Weyland's work

Ainkurn Sword

Vampire: The Masquerade. Redemption PC Game.

Unique melee weapon.
Strength+1 damage each strike. Once each combat, during the end of a round, the vampire with this weapon can gain an amount of blood equal to the amount lost by the opposing vampire to damage during that round of combat. A vampire may not use Aikurn sword and Taste of Vitae at the same round.

What is this?

A two-handad sword used by Christoff Rmuald, it had the power to steal blood or life from the damage it would do and give it as blood to the bearer (players can remember of it in the paint on a wall, in the Teutonic Knights Base.

Damascene Blade

Unique melee weapon.
+1 strength damage each strike, and the vampire wielding this weapon gets one opitional addtional strike, only usable to strike with this weapon. Once each combat, Bearer may strike to prevent 3 damage done by melee weapons. If this weapon's strike is dodged, bearer takes 2 damage. Strikes done with Damascene Blade are done at first strike.

What is this?

Damascene blades are historical blades made with a different technic that would grant them more strength and durability.

The vampire with this equipment may burn 2 blood to make a methuselah controlling an acting minion to play with open hands until the end of the action. Tap this vampire.

What is this?

The Vhati was a combination of 12 heads, wich would work, with a proper ritual and bull blood, to tell the future to the ritualist. When finished, the ritual would allow the heads to tell him what they see, in a kind of jester.

The Eye of the Gangrel

What is this?

A ruby or any other type of red jewel wich should be put in the bearer's eye, and give him or her the "gleam of the red eyes" RPG power.

The Anger's fang

Bearer may burn 1 blood to get +1 strength each round, and 1 press in each combat, only usable to continue combat. While bearer burn's blood, he or she cannot strike to end combat or prevent damage.

What is this?

A great fang that grants potence in the RPG.

Heart's Shield

bearer is immune to send to torpor effect done by stake, wooden stake and spike-thrower. Once each turn, he can burn a blood to threat aggravated damage as normal.

What is this?

A piece of steel, made by a tremere that involves the heart, protecting it against non magical estakes.

Jarthis Tongue

unique equipment. Once each turn, the bearer may tap this equipment to get +1 stealth or tap to give -1 intercept to an acting minion, not usable at the first action of the turn. If the action or the block feails, burn Jarthis Tongue.

What is this?

the rusty tongue of a giovanni slaver used by a nosferatu to turn into something that grants him the truth about anything said or, if putted on the mouth of the bearer, to lie without being detected.

Vilany's Cloth

requires: sabbat

The vampire with this equipment gets superior NEC. This vampire can't recruit mortal allies or employ mortal retainers.

What is this?

A rusty robe, belonging to the Sabbath that gives the power of necromancy and the flaw of kill the "beloved" of the bearer.

Most are bad attempt to use the D&D like erroneous equipment of game or bad supplement and don't serve much purpose. Vampire is not supposed to revolve over magical equipment, they should be rare and costly, and frankly you have chosen the more akward ones.

This melee weapon can be useful and the built-in concealead may resolve some of the melee weapon problem, but, seriously, 2 pool to strike at strength damage ???

Do you prefer to pay cost for a bundhi? Fine... you can even add +1 strength. For me, the concealed weapon hability is better than have a plus one or two damage, even because we are talking about assamits and their baal's bloody talons. See that I did not put a rarity for them, not even a unique clause.

The others are all taken from Vampire suplements or based games, nothing from D&d or any other RPG. I like very much equipments, the art of them and everything else, and, remember, we are talking about a game with a cloack to stop toreador/!toreador (with use only for Helena, if I can say), Sword of Nuln, Judgement and Weirding Stone. I'm only trying to bring equipments the major of the RPG players know, because they figurated on the best-seller suplements.

Are you aware in this case of the weighted walking stick ? 2 pool for that is simply way too much. Bundi is a very bad card only sometimes saved by the fact that it allow aggravated hand damage at 2 base damage for Hektor and some assamites.

They came from videogame or RPG suplement for Vampire, yes. They are erroneous in that they don't fit in the spirit. Because a mistake is made in some random supplement don't mean that VtES need to reproduce the same error - the Aabt kindred have the same problem, but at least the card look cool.

And the videogames are often completely bogus in what they present.

In short : they does not feel cool, they does not have a logical role, and they come from about the worse example of that kind of thing for vampire.

You do not play the RPG, I must say. We can low the cost, of course... but remember, despite WWS, the kukri should stay, and does not have any counter to burn.

Don't know about you, but my imbued would like to have an Eye of the Gangrel to add +1 intercept, or a Jarthis Tongue. You could not like them, but that don't mean that they are bad, or do not fit good for some decks.

Vampire is not supposed to revolve over magical equipment, they should be rare and costly

that must explain why I see Ivory Bow, Heart of Nizchetus, or Bowl of Convergence in every single game
