Bauble question

Option 2 is compulsory indeed, but it only applies when the minion is burned / removed from the game (rather than "when leaving the controlled region).

Option 3 - have something else burn it. (Callirus, Cleansing Ritual are those that come to mind)

In the end, if something says the Bauble burns, then the Bauble burns.

Not with Callirus or Cleansing Ritual, in "normal" way of burning the Bauble then yes, the equipment is burnt as well

Correct (cardtext). Also not, as I linked above: If the equipment is no longer around (Canine Horde, ..), you can't burn the Bauble.

Yes. (that's not a ruling, that's just cardtext - there's nothing causing the equipment to go away when Bauble - or the minion with Bauble - leaves the ready / controlled / in play / whatever area).
