Mage: the Ascension variant
Mouais...
mode french off.
I didn't get the fact that it was to help other metusela. Don't really think it's ok. In most case, i would cancel the card.

Meth A: "I can't back rush, I don't have a rush card in hand".
Meth B (playing mages): "Well, I can provide a rush if you want, you just have to hunt with your vampire"
Meth A "Ok. Hunt"
Meth B "I play Call of Blood; do you want to cancel it?"
Meth A "no, I'll enter combat with Dolphin Black"
If you want A to be able to set the terms of the card, you probably also need to make the wording allow that. As things stand, the playing Methuselah sets the terms of the card before it's cancelled (e.g. I tell you how much I play Minion Tap for, before you play Sudden Reversal). A different Methuselah choosing the term after the cancellation window has passed isn't immediately apparent from the wording.

I've reworded it prior to your comment, I don't know if your remark still applies:
Name: Call of Blood
Cardtype: Reaction
Sphere: Life. Spirit.
Requires a ready mage. Only usable when a vampire with blood announces a hunt action. Debt.
Put this card on the acting vampire and that vampire enters combat with a vampire with blood controlled by another Methuselah as a +1 stealthaction instead. You may burn this card to move 1 blood from the vampire to this mage. The acting vampire's controller may choose to cancel this card as it is played.

Also the debt cards are an awesome way to screw with the table, great job on thous.

Added Mage Meddling and Escape!,
Name: Mage Meddling
Cardtype: Action
Sphere: Correspondance. Time.
Requires a ready mage.
[PARADOX] Put this card into play with a paradox [PARADOX] counter on it. Your prey burns this card and 3 pool when he or she plays a master card that is not put on a vampire. Only 1 Mage Meddling may be burned this way for each master card. Burn this card if there is no paradox counter on it.
A disguised bleed for 3 that triggers later in the game (or never if you prey gives up playing master cards.) The action is directed at your prey.
A combo card with Nitro, but can be also a way of equipping vehicles (a theme in this expansion). Basically, the mage steals a vehicle, but if its too big to be true (hmm, let's steal that helicopter), a paradox backlash may be induced.Name: Escape!
Cardtype: Action modifier
Sphere: Correspondence. Matter.
Requires a mage. Only usable when a minion attempts to block.
Burn any vehicle on this mage. This mage equips with the first vehicle it can equip and use that you find in your library (working down from the top; ignore cost). This mage gains X paradox [PARADOX] counters where X is the cost of the vehicle. If the number of paradox counters on this mage exceeds its cost, burn the excess, burn the vehicle and this mage takes an amount of damage equal to the excess burned.

Last Resort: Made clear where the paradox counter go (the weapon, not the mage)
Backlash: Now the damage is dealt to both minions in combat.
Added:
Action modifier/Reaction/Combat
Name: Wings of the Angel
Cardtype: Action modifier/Reaction/Combat
Sphere: Life. Spirit.
Requires a ready mage.
Put this card on this mage. This mage may play cards that require flight [FLIGHT]. The first card requiring flight this mage plays during a turn costs him or her an additional paradox [PARADOX]. A mage may only have 1 Wings of the Angel.
God knows I don't want to be an angel.
