Hello, my dear Methuselahs!

On the 23rd, we had the Brazilian VTES Championship, which took place here in Campina Grande. It was a wonderful tournament, full of highly competitive tables. In total, 59 players came to wage the Eternal Battle and discover who would be crowned the great Brazilian champion.

Each round of the tournament featured 12 tables in dispute, making the journey to the final increasingly difficult. We had the presence of players from various regions of Brazil, representing the states of Ceará, Pernambuco, Alagoas, Piauí, Amapá, Minas Gerais and São Paulo.

After several hours of intense matches and much competition for supremacy in the Eternal Fight, the finalists of the Brazilian Championship were defined:

The match began extremely aggressively. The Ravnos Bleed (Dayvisson), very fast and offensive, quickly prevented the Anarch Brujah (Valdemir) from developing a comfortable game. At the same time, Dayvisson also managed to resist the attacks of the Anarch Barons (Joab) well.

While the Brujah struggled to survive, the Anarch Gangrel (Robério) found space to grow without much pressure, setting up his board calmly. Valdemir couldn't resist for long and ended up being the first eliminated from the final.

With that, Robério already had several vampires in play and a gigantic pool. Still, Dayvisson didn't give up and came very close to achieving his goal, but ended up not resisting the redirected bleeds from Tremere (Rafael) and the constant pressure from the Barons (Joab).

Only three contenders remained for the title: Rafael, Joab, and Robério, the three Bloodfaca brothers. Joab tried in every way to eliminate the Gangrel and came very close, leaving Robério with only 2 in the pool, but without managing to finish him off.

When his turn came, Robério managed an impressive recovery: he played two Villeins and quickly returned to a 10 pool. Then, he took advantage of a Club Illusion that was already in play and, with eight Gangrel vampires ready to act, applied devastating pressure. Rafael couldn't resist the bleeds and ended up being eliminated.

The final then came down to just Joab and Robério. Although Joab managed to steal one of his vampires, it wasn't enough to contain the many actions of the Gangrel. Surrounded by the constant pressure from the table, Joab ended up succumbing to the attacks.

With this, Robério Barbosa was crowned Brazilian VTES champion, adding yet another title to his tireless collection of trophies.

Another great Brazilian championship took place with enormous success. We had the presence of the artist Felipe Headley, who signed one of his cards for each participant.

We also had a final table with the highest-ranked female players, continuing our tradition, with Madevi emerging victorious.

Finally, the new date and location of the National Championship was announced, which will be in Juiz de Fora, on May 1, 2027.
