Starvation Weenies

I got around a new idea for a weenie vitals deck. I thought that Starvation is a perfect strike for it, it's ranged and it doesn't much matter if it's superior or not, and has a press. It does not actually matter a lot if vicissitude is superior with these guys, but with LB, why not have some master disciplines?

The plan is simple. Swarm, bleed, there's only a little defense but the pool costs are, in the end, minimal and aggression around here isn't all that popular.

Not sure why this deck isn't using Tribute to the Master instead of Villein.

Villein is a trifle and can instantly trigger Lilith's blessing, and also is nice with Taste of Vitae. So when the average capacity is roughly 4, with LB that's 4 pool + 3 blood + discipline, without it's 2 pool most of the time... Without LB Tribute is prob. better but with I consider Villein much better.

But you are planning to have 5+ vampires on the table. So you can easily get back 5+ pool, no pool cost, no need for hunting and so on. The problem I have with Villein is that it also penalises yourself for playing them on a minion over and over. Plus your minions won't ever be empty and you're only running 3 Vicissitude Masters anyway...

Plus I'm also surprised you don't have copies of Nose of the Hound included in there.

Ok. Let's say I turn out a 2-cap, two 4-caps and a 5-cap + 2 other vampires which will take two sets of four transfers and the amount of transfers of their capacity anyway. If I Villein 3 of these guys with LB, that would be the 4 and 5 caps, that's 13 pool + 9 blood + 3 fixed disciplines. Three Tributes, would be 12 pool, two hunts and no synergy with LB. With 5 guys it's 15 pool but still no free blood or anything. That's what I'm thinking, really. It all revolves around LB. Without it tribute gets significantly better in comparison.

Also if the fifth guy is a 5-cap, it's better to Villein / LB than Tribute. Villein / GB on a 4-cap is also pretty good and deprives others of GB.

I just think it's reasonable to play either, Villein/LB is more risky but more rewarding when it works. Also I don't even know where my tributes are so I didn't even consider using them. Usually I'd play Blood Dolls anyway whenever I use Taste of Vitae.
