file Need deck idea

How do you intend to oust?

I want a deck that doesn't need to go forward right away. It should start by building up to situation were it becomes the strongest deck in the end game. I don't care if the oust is achieved by combat, bleed or vote.

How do you intend to keep from being ousted?

The deck should have a solid defense to have the time building up for the end game. Therefore bleed bounce is a must have and the deck should be able to defend against votes, too.

What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?

I would prefer to have many permanent cards in play. I would be happy with 3-4 midcap vampires in the game.

What do you want your average turn to look like?

I want a technically challenging deck. I am looking for a deck which ain't no if-then-else + do-loop-while crap. I want to have the ability to respond to many different situations. The more choices I can make, the better.

What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?

Currently it seems like people play either Big Cap Enkil Cog decks, or combat decks.

So what would you suggest? Please explain!!!

It sounds like you are looking for a toolbox style deck. One clan came to mind is Osebo because it has bounce and isn't played often. They have good combat skills, can intercept and bounce, plus you can use laibon toys. I've never played an Osebo deck, but their +strength stuff, the mask, etc could be fun.

group 4-5 ahrimanes would likely be good for what you want, even if they can't bounce, they can block really well, even cross table if needed. You can use lot of permanents with them, retainers, army of rats, powerbases, etc. I would probably go with crypt of something like this.

1x Darlene Killian
1x Celeste Lamontagne
2x Effie Lowery
1x Sahana
1x Gentha Shale
2x Janey Pickman
4x Muricia

You can use Muricias special to turn Janey and Celeste ahrimanes and give them spiritus, then play some either visionquests or sanguine instructions to give more of them superior spiritus. Combat should be carrion crows and aid from bats mainly, supported by swiftness of the stags, leapfrogs, and canine hordes, with pack alphas to get your raven spies and murder of crows without action.

With Speak with Spirits, Falcon's Eye, and Ears of the Hare you have fairly strong transient intercept options too, engling furies and/or vultures buffets to regain blood efficiently, makesure to add couple DIs too for nasty surprises. Ahrimane Protectorate is a lovely card for discouraging people from messing with your powerbases. For forward momentum I would suggest peremanent bleed with retainers and equipment, army of rats, and possibly smiling jack.

Good idea Brandon. Though I miss ousting power a little. Of course defending a Smiling Jack is an option. Khalu can put into play an Army of Rats. Hmmm...

Thank you Klaital. Good idea! I like the Janey Pickman becoming an Ahriman idea. I'll keep this in mind.

If you are looking for bleed power, you could include some permanents and use Orun + Brutal Influence. There are some other cards that require or give Orun that may be worth a look. As you say, it will be technically difficult. Good luck!
