How do you intend to oust?
With smallish bleed and Army of Rat. I have removed the Smiling Jack because all too often too many people were wanting to get rid of it, so it actually costed me as much pool as blood burned by my prey.
How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
A pretty big wake module with some permanent intercept.
4 blood dolls and some smallish vampires are a backup plan.
What do you want your ready region to look like?
Theresita (or Cock Robin) with a Preternatural Strength and a Raven Spy, with another minion or two for minor action like Army of rat, or hunt for blood dolls.
What do you want your average turn to look like?
Army of rat is on table, a sidekick bleed. Theresita also bleed if I have at least two wake in hand.
What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
No heavy stealth nor intercept. A lot of bloodline deck without any kind of voting power. A lot of people playing shock factor card like Burning Wrath or Archon Investigation.
Table hate is an essential problem in my metagame. People will definitely oust you cross table, rescue any vampire in sight, and generally gang up against the one who made the error to appear dominant.
What problems have you observed with the deck in play?
Card flow, mainly. But a general lack of power seem also to be there sadly
Also, blood management is often difficult near the end, because Theresita tend to lose at least one blood per block.
Theresita Superstar world tour !
Crypt : (min 22, max 34, average 7)
//Why Theresita and not Cock Robin ? Well, she cost 3 less pool - or an entire turn most often - and she have a pretty good array of discipline
7 Theresita, the godmother x5
10 Cock Robin x2
5 Franz Litzpar x1
5 Nails x1
6 Gerard Rafin x1
6 Alonzo Guillen x1
6 Humo x1
Library : 82 (the first 60 card version were running out of card too soon)
Reaction 16
6x On the Qui Vive
6x Sense the Savage Way
4x Cat's Guidance
Combat 30
//The goal here is to be able to do significant damage even with only one or two combat card per combat
9x Carrion Crow
9x Slam
7x Immortal Grapple
5x Armor of Vitality // Here because it work well against a lot of "suprise" card like Burning Wrath, while being generally a good defensive option, especially against animalism combat.
Action Modifier 8
8x Swallowed by the night //The deck have not too many maneuvers, that's why all stealth are Swallowed.
3x Freak Drive //Because sometime, being able to equip a camera phone then bleed for a surprise oust is very valuable. Maybe only 1 or 2 ?
Action 4
4x Army of Rat //This card, while slow, do the job pretty well and don't draw too much table hate.
Master 12
1x Information Network //I have toyed with playing more intercept location, but the deck is already full and don't like pool costs.
1x Heidelberg Castle //Because Theresita tend to run out of blood, and there is quite a bit of equipment here.
1x Hungry Coyote
1x Nosferatu Kingdom
2x Dreams of the Sphinx //I only have two of them. Best card in the world ?
4x Blood Doll //Prefered to Villein because my star need its blood and other vampire are not too big.
2x Life in the city //Have I said I had blood management issues ?
Tools 12
6x Raven Spy
2x Camera phone //It work well to slowly bleed your prey.
2x Preternatural strength //Ironically given their blood cost, Heroic Strength may be better, but I don't have any
2x IR Goggles //Permanent strength + permanent intercept + permanent maneuver = permanent nightmare, as long as Theresita still have blood.

The deck seems OK, but it lacks rush badly. Your hand will eventually get stuck with combat cards, because a bleed for 1 won't make them block your vampires. Your meta is strange, but seems easy to foul, but this deck is not fouling, it is quite toolboxy, blockish-combatish, but this deck hardly can oust 3-4 players. I think the crypt is too large, smaller vamps can do the same blee for 1, and the occasional army of rats for 2 pool less. Use hidden strenght and a few superior mettles instead of the armor of vitality.

You're also lacking Taste of Vitae, which is pretty crucial in any combat deck, especially something like this which requires blood to work. I'd add 4-7. It's easy to find slots from stuff like:
1x IR Goggles
1x Slam
2x Swallowed by the Night
1x Freak Drive
2x Life in the City
Add a hunting ground, perhaps? Also, WMRH News Radio isn't very pool costy. A fifth Blood Doll would be great as well.
I have no problem with Armour of Vitality, by the way.

Most of your post seem good sense for me. I recall now that the smaller minions are a leftover from the precedent, more black-hand oriented version with Guarded Rubric. I will also add 2-3 rush, not sure which one for now.
This deck does not have superior fortitude at all. So, Armor of Vitality tend to be the same or better most of the time, simply because it save 2 blood instead of one once I am hit for more than two. (that also why I have only 3 freak drive as surprise card more than true multiacting)
Armor vitality is here to help against thing like Animalism combat , Outside the Hourglass, Aggravated strike, and Disarm mainly ; and since I see aggravated pretty often as 2 aggravated strike (all the ranged aggravated strike like Breath of the dragon), inferior Hidden Strength does not seem too often worth it.
Edit : I have not seen your post Kraus.
My fear with Taste of Vitae is having too much combat utility compared to combat damage card. I tend to prefer Life in the city to Hunting ground because it cost no pool, give a blood immediatly, and is playable even at the very end of the game, when I struggle as much for pool as for blood on the vampires. Good idea for the WMRH.

I'm not telling you to, but I'd really advice you try out a couple.
Especially since you've got plenty of combat in there. You might be pleasantly surprised.
Good reasoning with armour of vitality against things like Outside the Hourglass! It's great to get past some pre-range aggro.

Taste of Vitae gives you blood instantly as well, and as you're bound to be in combat, it should be relatively easy to use - and crap easy to cycle as well. Additionally you'll in worst case scenario gain not only 1 blood (hands for one), but 3 or even 5 (carrion crows, or an additional preternatural hands or slam!).My fear with Taste of Vitae is having too much combat utility compared to combat damage card. If you find you're only really playing Life in the city on Teresita, then replacing them with Corporal Reservoir might be a good idea. Also, from the description of your meta, a hunting ground might actually work out.
