Well after having some fun with my cryptic mission deck, I started to also work on making a horseshoes deck, here is what I have come up with so far, suggestions and the like welcome.

Touch of Pain for some defense (mainly threats...)?

i think conceal is a good idea. maybe use vessel instead of villien? also maybe Humanitas to rescue the famed vamp and put it back down into torpor.

If youre going for that crypt, but overall better choice for a deck based on horseshoes is Kamiri

Laibon: Kamiri can inflict 2 unpreventable damage on a minion as a action.
[MERGED] Once each action, Kamiri may burn 1 blood to give an acting Laibon +1 stealth.

Rarity: EK:U

Get her superior POT and do 4 unpreventable each turn with freak drives. Kiss of Ra etc. A big plus is that she has Horseshoes in her text so it opens a lot of new tactics.

How about Carver's Meat Packing and/or Young Bloods?
