very nice idea, but how do you prevent the aggravated damage from Force of will? the HoS still gets the damage even after Change of target... if noone blocks the HoS, Change of Target also can't be played. Heart of Darkness or Concordance allow you to survive Force of will. i always wanted to make a Dylan ADV deck around this but never got it together. Nergal could also pull it off (Rutor's Hand helps). Burning your own minion and then revive it through BLessed Resilience might be another option. Mylan, Abdelsobek (GR5) or Eurayle (GR4) to untap after Kiss of Ra? good luck-

How do you pass a vote? If your answer revolves around the 3 master cards and maybe the 2 cardinal benedictions (assuming you pass them) then try again. These would *maybe* work in a 70-card library though.

To increase the *maybe* chance I'd add crypt acceleration instead of Dolls and maybe perfectionist. Perhaps +1-+2 Info Highways and +2-+4 Dreams.

I do not know your meta, Brandon, but in my meta, I would not have the chance to pass ANY vote with this setup (okay, there were small chances, if I started with Gisela Harden ^^) ... nobody would feel the need to block my minions.

Plus, 9 votes out of 90 cards do not give you good chances of actually calling votes ...

So the vote angle appears to be the wrong strategy.
E.g. big bleeds would look like a threat.

The strategy was mostly to leverage Kiss of Ra + Force of Will, so I had to be able to do something simi-threatening. Now that I know Change of Target does not cancel the agg damage from Force of Will it is much less appealing. That does give me an idea though...
