You are missing two key cards: Powerbase: Madrid and Fear of Mekhet.

I wouldn't say Fear of Mekhet is a key card. But I am a bit concerned of this decks ability to actually pass votes, since you have no titles out of the box, and not really -that- much push to get them through. I would probably go with group 3-4 instead where you would get Hartmut Stover, Mugur Sabau, Xendil Charmer, and Ryzsard who already start with titles.

You could add Adana de Sforza to the pack, he makes excellent city gangrel. here is what I was thinking about. Not played yet.

With g2, id break the crypt curve nad run genivive. Lokis us old friends only goes so far. Considered gregor anderseen? anyway, why no hungry coyote? Id think abbots and earth melds could help here.
