Okay, lets get some of this out of the way...

1) This is NOT intended to be a Tier-1, prey-smashing, super-killer-anti-S&B, Girls-will-die-to-me tournament deck. It's mostly about building an interesting deck.

2) This deck IS about the idea of using Biothaumaturgic Experiments on Mage-type Allies, particularly those with access to [tha] or blood-denial type abilities.

You forgot the one ally that really deserves a Biothaumaturgic experiment: Ossian.

Apart from that, I don't see what Biothaumaturgic bring to your deck. It costs one more action and one pool for allies that cannot rush and will die in combat anyway. You should at least add Glancing Blow and Vagabond Mystic to try to protect your investment, and maybe a couple of Frontal Assault to finish the job. Or maybe go all the way to Obeah and Heaven's gate.

How is this deck realistically supposed to win? What weaknesses do you see with it?

If this wins it's because of a turn 3-4 minion explosion and swarm bleed. There are a lot of allies that can bleed and be recruited by other allies here. That could be a legitimate angle for a casual deck. If that's the direction this is heading I would suggest Villeins, Ashurs and Liquidations instead of the other masters.

Most of the allies you have there don't really gain much from biothauma, what do you exactly plan to do with it? If its just for the perma manuever then you would be better off just playing IR Goggles instead.

Why Biothaumaturgics?
Someone OTHER than the ally does the action. This gives the ally a bit more ability to go forward or stay up for the block. It also means that if someone does run back to close, the Ally does hit for just that bit more.

What's it trying to do?
Nearly all of the allies in this thing have the ability to either: Use Cryptic Mission OR take an action themselves to burn 1 blood or do 1 damage to a prey vampire. Grind off all the blood and then bleed them through.
If the ally can't bleed, it's a blocker. Killing things is more dangerous with the FBI around, and the ability to recycle it with Ashur Tablets is great. Ruins of Ceoris will help cripple the weenie decks.

So basically, I'm going to grind blood off as many vampires as I can manage and then swarm bleed.

Defending?
The Unmasking, a big pile of allies and Deflections for the bleeds. Will it die HORRIDLY to vote... Probably.
