Enjoy bleeds for 10 (carter + govern + quicksilver contemplation + conditioning). Use Vaticination and tangle atropos' hand to make defending against your bleeds much harder.
Art of memory for bringing back cards which are most needed at the moment.
Summoned Allies give extra versatility (ponticulus for defense, ossian for minion control, nephandus for offense/ defense and eating vampires in torpor (outside the hourglass + domain of evernight combo) and veneficti for extra stealth and bleed)

Is it supposed to roll over against voting predator?

vaticination gonna take care of really troublesome cards. Also summon history for Bowl of convergence helps. In case of heavy political meta you can add some delaying tactics/ DI. In current version I'm running 2 Direct Intervention. For really agressive voting (at stealth) predator it's probably gonna die but that's true for most decks.

Vaticination does not seem to be there for dropping PAs. It seems to be there for taking out bounce and, more importantly, AI, which is way more inconvenient when you would bleed for up to 10, not up to 3.

There is hardly any single vote, which would damage you more, than a common bounce/AI card, therefore I would not count that as a defense. Could work as a last ditch defense, but quite often you could just promise NOT to bleed (esp. when you show that you go for 4+ range) for not being harmed (even your predator has a predator ).

I would not really worry about voters if you set up quick enough.

With the Auspex you could also mix up the actions if blood costs are not a problem by Revelations at Inferior. Sure it is Prey only... but that is ultimately who you want to lose the Flick.

The amazing part of Vaticination is the +3 stealth. Pretty much, it's guaranteed to succeed, so you can Domain of Evernight to untap.
