How do intend to oust? 2 x fame really does not amount reliable offense.
How do you defend? Back rushing only?

Where is refilling via Provision ? You have no way around combat ends. Psyche ?
Oust is i think bleed with karif for 2, guarded rubric bleed for 3, untap with karif, bleed for 3 + fame. Bit cornercase but gets the job done.

I don't get the vessels here. Also with corporal reservoirs sideslip isn't that important. I don't really like clandestine contracts, you have many ways to enter combat without those. With all those villeins (maybe one more?) maybe Izhim would be better but i get how you want djuhah to just guarded rubrics.

Sabbat.Black Hand Shakar: Lech loathe ranged weapons. Once each action, he may burn 1 blood to become Camarilla Prince of Krakow until the end of the action.

I was thinking a lot of Provision, but the thing is, i need to keep the contracts in play for the dossier which is an important part of my defence.

Against Majesty i play, thin blood+dam the hearts river, after so if any majesty it cost 4 blood. So my opponent should choose villein or majesty.....

to be honest i have no idea, how the deck works, I'm gonna test tmrw, so i will post the experience.

Pretty sure that Dam the heart's doesn't work with Thin Blood, since Dam the Heart's says each "strike or damaging effect" and thin blood only burns blood, isn't a strike and doesn't inflict any damage. So I'd take those out and put in Selective Silence and some Blood Sweat (4r unpreventable with Dam).

Thin Blood
[Combat] Combat

[Quietus] Quietus

[1 Blood]

[qui] Only usable at close range before strikes are chosen. The opposing vampire burns 1 blood. A vampire may play only one Thin Blood each round of combat.
[QUI] As above, but the opposing vampire burns 2 blood.

Dam the Heart's River
[Combat] Combat

[Quietus] Quietus

Frenzy. Only usable before range is determined. A vampire can play only one Dam the Heart's River each combat.
[qui] This combat, each strike or damaging effect made against the opposing minion inflicts +1 damage.
[QUI] As above, and this combat, strikes cost the opposing minion 1 additional blood or life, and the opposing minion can choose not to strike.

The deck seems fun. I have a kinda similar deck that focuses on getting to long range and does more black hand seraph untap stuff (and Reunion Kamut) but I like the idea of Open Dossier. Looking forward to your report on how it works.

i know its not working together. I'm meant 2 from thin blood and majesty cost 1+1 because of the dam, thats 4 blood. If no combat ends, i hit more :)
