This deck is promising, it has won a couple of games but I can't get the kinks out. Please be aware I am limited to Jyhad, VTES original, AH, DS, and a box of Sabbat Uncommons and commons. Though I am slowly investing in key cards if they are a tempting addition to more than one deck.

Hi
It would help if you used the ARDB oder the Secret Library for your deck posts.
Second, please, describe your intention of what you want your deck to do. Of course, experienced players might guess that correctly, but they might also be wrong.
Third, give a hint, if your deck is supposed to be a tournament deck or a deck for rather casual games.
Thank you!

Thank you. it is for casual play. I am however limited to cards from the Jyhad, Vampire, AH, and DS expansion with a long box filled with uncommon, and common Sabbat.

This kind of deck sucks without newer cards, but you might try building something like this

Nobody can play Ankara.
What is your plan for ousting anyone? If you are going to rush, play Fame.
But, it's just better not to rush. The best thing for these two clans to do together is play Dom/Obf stealth bleed. Celerity is meaningless to your deck, yet the crypt tries to get it hard. Quietus long range combat is incredibly hard to do anything with, and much of your crypt can't natively play Quietus cards anyway.
What's your plan for not being ousted? The reason to get Auspex into a deck is for bounce or meaningful intercept, not for a few bleed reduces. Your combat just loses to dodge/combat ends, so rushing isn't going to stop your predator. There's nothing even all that scary about the combat, anyway. Put someone in torpor for a turn, then they rescue/leave torpor. Speaking of rescuing, Humanitas is particularly strange without Fame.
There are lots of decks in either the TWDA or Secret Library to give a framework for what you might be trying to do.

Do you have a playgroup where you live in Florida? If so, I would recommend buying a modest collection online or from an ex-player. You could split the cost. Don't pay too much, you can get a good deal if you look hard enough. $300 split 4 ways would be $75 each and a really good way to allow you all to build what you like to play.
One note on assamite long range combat- how about quicken sight + blood sweat and taste of death?
If you can make the deck you listed work, you are a better player than me
Be careful when you fight the monsters, lest you become one.
