Setup things with Mata Hari, then recruit some Renegade. Sibyl`s Tongue to search for Spontaneos Power (Mata Hari's Obeah) or Renegade. Salubri vamps (or even Mata Hari after Obeah) works on ressurect deads Renegade with Resurrection, and fill up Mata Hari.

Any thought?

I have alot of input, but I'll keep it to:
Ankara citadel is a must for mata Hari.
Charisma probably for this deck.
How do you oust?

I totally forgot Ankara, ty. Charisma are good but the deck can make a lot of pools.
My plan was to put some Chimestry bleed, but only Mata Hari has chi.
So I put 2 bleed retainer, and I'm thinking in somecards for bleed but I've no idea which one, because Combat + Fame I already have many masters and I'll be restricted for the Renegade.

Maybe more Sensorys? i could reduze some Resurrection.

Any thought?

Two.

1) Considering swapping at least one of the discipline-related masters for a copy of Infernal Pact. Mata Hari gets it put on her as a Tremere antitribu. When it's in play, it lets "the vampire" with it play cards as though they had the superior discipline. Plus it's a pool cheaper than Spontaneous Power.

2) The deck feels very susceptible to any deck that can dispose of minions - a quick-starting combat deck may rush you before you ever get a Garou out, and even with a Garou out, you may get stealth-rushed or just have someone who's willing to kill the Garou first, then Mata, and then place you in a very tricky position with hand jam. The guns are nice, but combat decks generally expect to work around that (e.g. lots of maneuvers and an immortal grapple, a few Fortitude cards, or whatever). And not just combat, but other similar things to screw with your minions - a timely Banishment or Sensory Deprivation (from a deck that's probably packing combat defence to make it harder for you to punch them with Garou). If you were to find yourself in between a deck that's got some punishing rush capability and a deck that's got a sideline of good intercept (not necessarily a proper wall), you may find minions going into torpor and not coming out so easily.

I’ve played a few similar decks in the past and the main problem is trying to make them more resilient.

My main advice would be to forget the Resurrections and focus on Heaven’s Gate. Your Garou quickly come back in to play with this approach, plus they will then usually regenerate back to their full life on your turn.

A couple of Charisma are essential, plus strip out the Slaughterhouses and consider Secure Haven (although it obviously interferes with your Renewed Vigor strategy), Fame and Jake Washington.

Consider diversifying your stealth to include things like Mirror Image and Occlusion, which double as defence for Mata.

Forget the intercept completely, add more the On the Qui Vive for your Garou.

As James noted, Infernal Pact is a must for Mata and weird discipline combos, but Camarilla Vitae Slave is great with Agent of Power too (it will deliver you the superior of a discipline until your next master phase, so, select Obeah basic with Agent of Power, then increase it with Vitae Slave to superior until your next master phase).

Ankara, as noted, is a must include in any Mata deck.

I would be tempted to add Freak Drives and diversify your allies a little too, for multiple recruit actions in a single turn, but it starts to become a different deck then.

I would also be tempted by Repo Man and either Unlicensed Taxi Cab or Lear Jet, both of which are useful in this type of deck.

It’s never going to be too tough a deck, but it can be fun and there is room of negotiation with the Sensory Deps and once you have a couple of Garou in play.

The deck is all over the place. You can play garous (e.g. with Jacob Fermor) and a Salubri to protect them, that is one deck. You can give Mata Hari Obeah with Infernal Pact so that a single vampire can do everything, that is a second deck (and in that case why stick to garous only?). Mata Hari + Salubri does not make sense, because in that case any cheap Gangrel can do the same job as Mata for less pool.
