Price of Success - A card suggestion to deal with ally spam

During one of the many conversations that we about legionnaires, ashurs, liquidations and the like, we came up with this concept:

Price of Popularity
+1 stealth action.
Bleed with +1 bleed. If the target Methuselah has 4 or more allies, this action is a (D)Bleed with +3 bleed instead.

While by itself it doesn't do much than any other card, the conditional effect looks a fun alternative for decks that might have trouble dealing the amount of available blockers and actions that a good EL list can take.

The art of the card could be that of a vampire surrounded by ghouls/servants/mortals in a lavish room with glowing red eyes hanging behind a curtain.

I think I'd rather see something like this:

Name: Canaille Exploitation
Type: Action
Cost: 0
Requires: Vampire
Effect: Bleed. If this action is successful, you may reduce the bleed by 1 to do 1 unpreventable damage to any ally. If this acting vampire is Titled, you may reduce the bleed by 1 to do 1 unpreventable damage to an ally. If this vampire is at least 8 capacity, you may reduce the bleed by 1 to do 2 damage to an ally. You may not reduce this bleed below 0.

So the idea is to translate Bleed into damage on allies, and give a variety of options on how to do it. the wording is likely garbage, so any help on that front would be idea. intent is to be able to spread the damage around.
