file "Do not replace until..." clauses on events burned with Uncoiling/4th Cycle/Shattering

Came up in last night's Ropecon ECQ:

If an Event card is burned via Uncoiling, Fourth Cycle or Shattering after it has been put into play, does a "Do not replace until..." clause on that Event (if any) stay in place or not?

Black Hand Ritual explicitly says that the clause is canceled, but Uncoiling, Fourth Cycle and Shattering have no such clarification.

I ruled that it stays, but nobody was 100% sure.

For example. player A has Torpid Blood in play, with "Do not replace until a vampire moves from torpor to the ready region.". Player B uses Uncoiling to burn that event. Does player A immediately draw to replace the Torpid Blood, or does he still have to wait until a vampire moves from torpor to ready?

Torpid Blood
Gehenna. Do not replace until a vampire moves from torpor to the ready region.
Actions taken by vampires in torpor cost an additional blood. Rescuing an older vampire from torpor costs an additional blood.

Uncoiling, The
Event. Do not replace as long as this card is in play.
During your discard phase, burn one other event at random. Any other Methuselah may use a discard phase action and burn X pool to burn this card, where X is the number of other events in play.

Fourth Cycle, The
Requires at least two Gehenna cards in play. When this card is played, burn all Gehenna cards and conviction cards, then send all vampires with capacity 3 or less to torpor. No Gehenna cards may be played while this card remains in play.

Black Hand Ritual
+1 stealth action. Requires a ready Black Hand vampire.
Untap a younger Black Hand vampire or (D) burn any Gehenna card in play. Any Do not replace until directive on that card is ended (and the controller draws to replace it, if it hadn't been replaced yet).

Shattering
Requires an anarch.
+1 stealth action. (D) Look at another Methuselah's hand and discard a card from it.
+2 stealth action. Burn an event (undirected, no matter who controls the event).
(D) Inflict 2 unpreventable damage on a ready minion.

I would say that they do get to replace since the card telling you not to replace is no longer around.

It is not replaced as long as the condition written is not fullfilled :

It remains. Not replacing is an effect of card play, not an effect that depends
on the card being in play.

Ok, that's what I thought too, thanks.

So Black Hand Ritual is functionally different from the others in that regard (due to direct card text). Interesting.

A follow-up question: Will the player draw up to his hand size again when the condition is fulfilled even though the card is no longer in play?

Thanks in advance!
