I don't own any copy of this card because I didn't had any Berlin anthology pack.

But if you look at the online text you have :
Name: Vivienne Géroux [Anthology:LARP1] Cardtype: Ally Cost: 1 pool Unique ghoul with 2 life. 2 strength, 1 bleed. Requires an anarch. Vivienne can play cards requiring basic Celerity [cel] or Fortitude [for] as a vampire. Vampires you control get -1 stealth on political actions. A vampire you control can give control of Vivienne to another Methuselah as a (D) action. A vampire controlled by another Methuselah can steal Vivienne as a (D) action.

And if you look at the preview shown in the news for the KS you have that :

The difference stand in the "cel or for" on the first text and "cel and/or for" on the second.

So on one instance it can't play forced march and on the other it can.

Is it a modification ? or a typo in one of the 2 available texts ?

She'll be updated at the same time as the official release of the KS.
Please note that she'll also be able to play cards requiring an Anarch.

I was so focused on the and/or that it didn't registered that the old version could not play anarch cards ^^

EDITH :

It means the change will be effective on July 9th ?

Just to be clear, she now can play Diversion @ :cel: or :for: , can forced march at basic,  and can play constant revolution?

No, it doesn't require Celerity or Fortitude.
