Calendar update

Hi,

The calendar presentation has been updated:

• Qualifiers and Championships are now displayed first
• Qualifiers have a dotted border, Championships a solid border
• National are displayed in orange, Continental in gold
• The country were the tournament takes place is now displayed beside the tournament name
• Unsanctioned events are displayed in italics
• A tooltip has been added on each tournament to indicate its type.
• The columns are now larger for days with events

I hope these changes will make the calendar more readable.

For those that don't see any difference, please refresh the calendar page with Ctrl+F5.

I've added a Google map of the upcoming events (follow the link on the calendar page, or the following: www.vekn.net/map.html)

I'm aware of some minor issues such as: if more than one events take place at the same venue (at different times), one hides the others.

If your event doesn't show up on the map, or at the wrong location, it means that the venue doesn't have the necessary informations to locate it.
