our prince (kansho) told us, this is the last tournament.

no support or new expansion of the game.

the last 7 or 8 tournament assist 4-5 player in tournament(in the good times we was a 30-40 players active) i think he is tired and drop the tournament organization.

Why did 20-30 players stop playing the game? The game is still playable. Maybe you should get a new Prince that cares about keeping the game alive in Chile, and announce it at the tournament.

I'm sort of with Kevin. Try to find out why the 20-30 players stopped coming, and then try encourage some of them back. Then encourage their friends. Thats part of why my playgroup is back up to nearly 12 players each week from maybe 4 players once per fortnight.

If you make the tournaments always about competing and qualifying, the guys who play for fun stop coming. Create some social tournaments; charity tournaments, themed tournaments (e.g. Fight Club where everyone must bring a combat deck) or even a local league...

Why? Without new cards players lost interest?
Can't you still get Promos and Boosters to give away as prizes?
It looks like your Prince lost interest. Get someone else to run things and motivate people.
Another thing you can do is find out if there are any Promo cards that your players would crave and get them.
