Same type of questions : 2 Clans have 2 more Vampires (Tremere and Ventrue) : is it because they are lucky to be at the bottom of the alphabet order or is it lorewise ?

For your question I believe they have the Bronze symbol so they are common (a bit like the Rare Vampires from Final Nights IIRC)
