1. How do you intend to oust?
Bleeding when I get enough minions or the chance of making damage to my prey's pool.
2. How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
Bloating via the BH tech, visiting any bleeder in my back, bouncing if I have it in hand, in one word: toolboxing my ass.
3. What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
Al-Muntathir and the most BH dudes I manage to get. Nicomedes always there to make my hand the better the best.
4. What do you want your average turn to look like?
Bloat here, maybe some bleed, equipping, reacting to the table, looking for chances.
5. What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
My meta is varied, but I always see at least 1 combat deck and also blockers are frequent.
6. What problems have you observed with the deck in play?
Haven't tested yet... I'm tempted to make some proxys...

Frankly the problem with this deck is you don't know where to begin.
There doesn't seem to be a clear idea behind how to win a game. Your statement "Bloat here, maybe some bleed, equipping, reacting to the table, looking for chances" is exactly the problem. You can do everything a bit, but you don't threat your opponents. Your combat is nothing to be afraid of. Your bleeding offense is nothing to be afraid of. Your defense is solid enough to survive long enough to get some point. But where is THE PLAN?
You seem undecided if you want to make a deck with your favourite Al-Muntathir or with Black Hand. I doubt that both is satisfying.
If I would do BH, then all good BH-cards like Watchtower, Seraph's Second, Sennadurek, maybe some Psychic Assault plus Target Vitals had to be in. Art of Memory maybe too? Guarded Rubrics is in already, thumbs up. I'd go the Aus/Dom-route plua bloat via Reunion Kamut. You can go more fighty with Teresita and friends, adding ani/pot-combat plus ministry for blocking torporrescues. Funny too. But your deck is hanging in between three different mechanics and in my opinion loses strength because of this. One focus plus some good additional (toolboxy) cards makes often a stronger deck.
But then again maybe I just don't like toolboxing.
If I would build a Al-Muntathir based deck (without Summon History) I'd go multiact with Freak Drives and Domain of Evernights (like you began with), added some more Temporis-goodies (plus Tabriz Assembly) and would bleed like hell with Vaticination or fight like hell with pot plus Tem or maybe some Assault Rifle fetched with Clio's Kiss. Forget about BH completely.

I agree with Joscha. The deck craves for some kind of a focus. Reunion Kamut is a good bloat which ensures you can either pool it or get extra free transfers. Art of Memory and even Drop Point Network could prove to be useful. Equipment section
seems solid.
Please let us know how it turned out to be if you ever get to play with it!

Did the other reply got erased? omg...
First of all thanks for the answers =) the PLAN was bringing out as many BH as possible and then bleed with them with Dream World or equipment.
Honestly I don't want to make a multirush deck, I thought about a AK-47 multirush with Pocket Out of Time to get enough combats to torporize the other minion, but I prefer multirushing with Fatima or Janni with weapons
Do you think we can bring something useful here?

How odd.
I played this at our last qualifier, two weeks ago. It also felt very diffuse, like it could have been good at one thing, if only it wasn't doing several.
