I made this deck as my way of trying to familiarize with Laibon of Legacies of Blood starters. So far I liked how the Kerrie tech works in here and would like to tool this deck up. Before buying random cards and vampires, I'd like suggestions/techs I should try out first.
How do you intend to oust?
Boring Presence bleeds with two-ish vampires for 3-ish each.
How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
Light animalism intercept.
What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
Nangila Were + support. Initially I thought that she would tag with Ugadja, but even using her ability to accelerate Nangila meant essentially doing nothing for 5 turns, besides tooling up. So she should make room for a support vampire.
What do you want your average turn to look like?
Tool up with Guruhi Are the Land, 2xbleed if the hand is not "red", if it's red, go and beat someone up and bleed then.
What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
Fairly varied with heavy S&B, efficient combat, walls and trick-decks running rampant. Heavy bleed bouncing, low vote defence.
What problems have you observed with the deck in play?
Influencing Ugadja first was always the problem. Nangila Were needs some proper support. Also lightweight bleed defence makes life tough against bleeds and bounced bleeds.

I would start with dropping down the deck size.
Crypt needs better vampires no matter what shape the rest of the deck will take. Fish and Nana Buruku are obvious choices for improvements.
In master package I would either drop all highways and zillahs or put in more of them. 6 in 90 cards is just to low to be effective.
For the pool gain I would go villein + taste of vitae.
Equipment module looks very inefficient for me. There is a lack of synergy between kerrie and immortall grapples. Laptops are waste of actions when you're playing with big caps with presence. Reliquary: Biague is a waste of action as well. On the other hand codex of edenic groundskeepers is a great bleed card in combat deck especially when you can untap after equipping it. If you want to go equipment route put in some strong one like ivory bow and heart of niztchetus.
2 copies of Well - Marked will be very good in every laibon combat deck.
Few deeps songs will be great as well.
You can as well try Founders of the Ebony Kingdom. They are great when drawn early.

It's sad not to see Founders of the Ebony Kingdom in a Guruhi deck

Guruhi Are the Land, The - this ensures the actions to equip something are not wasted. Using it to equip Laptop imho is so much better than to get one-time +1 bleed.
Reliquary: Biague. Since I did establish this is not a waste of action (for any eq., the wastes are card-slots and pool/blood costs), this thingy serves to check whether your bleed would be bounced/will you need to wait for that IG to get around S:CE, or you should hit the vamp with Nangila. It essentially decides for you whether you bleed or send someone to torpor. Nothing wrong with that.
This brings us to IG. It is the only available anti-S:CE card to such deck. It works good enough with Kerrie, you lose +1 damage for anti-S:CE, dodge or weapon strike, I would take such deal anyday in a deck which is capable of hitting for 8 damage at any range.
Thanks for your advices, they are appreciated!

So, what I see is a lot of cards that cost pool. Your first two turns will consist of influence. Then, you should have someone out. But the first thing you're going to do with that guy is spend more pool (Guardian Angel, Vessel, Kerrie, Laptop ..)
So, you're effectively (including some predator pressure) going to have spent ~11/12 pool minimum before you start playing. And, from there, you need to spend some extra 6-9 pool on a vampire (2 turns), and re-equip that guy.
That's going to take quite some time, and cost quite some pool.
If you have access to some "free pool generators" (best example here would be Founders of the Ebony Kingdom, or Villein, include them. Easily found picks are Enchant Kindred. Otherwise, use blood to pool converters: Blood Doll (cheaper than Vessel), Minion Tap or Grooming the Protege.
Drop the Biague. It's not worth the action.

=> Bringing out 2 vampires will cost you a mininmum of 13. But I suppose you'll rather be paying something in the range of 14-19 to be able to play.
You will need early pool (or similar) gain, or blood to pool conversion.
