file Dom/Fort - Weenies with molotov cocktails. (Help needed)

Deck Name: Wandering DOM/FORT-Weenies!

Description:
Trying to bluff non-aggression with Owain, I really don't have any arguments why I chose this crypt, other than Ulrike is a beast!

Kinda love the Renewed vigor + Jake Washington combo with weenies. I'd like to include more, but then I need Freak drives and this deck works fine with vampires being low on blood. The combat module doesn't care about that nonsense.

I like the idea of Jephta reliably burning IC's with Trap-Thoughts Betrayed-Undying Persistence-Molotoc Cocktail combo.

And as always in VTES, any deck that wants to win, needs govern-conditioning-deflect package. So there is that.

As I understand it's better to grave rob then burn.

You currently have no defense against votes (other than the six rushes) and no defense against diablerie vs your sappers. Not much ousting power, either. A deck with some bounce and S:CE would not care about you as a predator.

I would start out with the pinned questions for the deckbuilding forum (e.g. what does your typical turn look like, how do you gain pool, how do you not die, how many minions do you get out, how does this deck work in practice for you, etc).

Some quick advice on making the deck work:
You need Humanitas, more Fame, and Haven Uncovered.
Thoughts betrayed is too costly
Rico Loco doesn't work without bombs
You have tons of basic fortitude and are not throwing white phosphorus grenades, so drop Skin of Night in favor of something better.
Renewed Vigor in low quantities (1-2) sure, 5 is too much to use without stealth. Your dudes in torpor = your dudes are eaten.

I would personally focus on more of a bruise-bleed with Haven Uncovered rush tactic.

Be careful when you fight the monsters, lest you become one.

I like the idea of Jephta reliably burning IC's with Trap-Thoughts Betrayed-Undying Persistence-Molotoc Cocktail combo.

Why add the very expensive Thoughts Betrayed to the mix?

I've burned full Malgorzata with March Halcyon with Trap + Target: Hand + Molotov Cocktail (plus some Dead End Alleys etc to keep the Trap going). March didn't even go to torpor :)

I've dabbled with Undead Persistence for ages. Originally I used Dawn Operations but with the advent of Molotov Cocktail the deck also got more punch for the defensive playing, not just when you were acting. During the years the deck has evolved quite a bit.

I actually chronicled most iterations at Secret Library:

www.secretlibrary.info/index.php?deck=view&id=7873
www.secretlibrary.info/index.php?deck=view&id=7878

www.secretlibrary.info/index.php?deck=view&id=7877

At one point Extrala said that one of his friends started wondering about (IIRC) Undead Persistence and Extrala pointed him to my feeble attempts of deck building.

I'm fairly sure it was Bram van Stappen who won 2015 German ECQ with the deck that was somewhat influenced by my attempts:

Search TWDA with "Molotov" or "Undead Persistence" and you'll get additional decks to get those creative juices flowing...

Thanks for replies and ideas.

Humanitas is a great for this deck.
Haven uncovereds will work great with Ashurs so i'll throw those in the mix as well.

I didn't even notice that Rico is so bad without bomb, so he is out. :P

Thoughts Betrayed are costly yes, but they are THE tool against Majesties and thus justified.(no grapple, no telepathic tracking, no psyche! with these disciplines)
This deck WILL rush crosstable when needed.(Finnish politics)

The whole strategy revolves around hc-bruising and will lose to dragonbound/tension, but that's ok.
After a couple of torpored/burned vampires, there either won't be a whole lot of blockers or at the very least, they have to have tools against trap+persistence and afaik there isn't that many things, one can do against that outside of DI.

Basically what this deck wants to do is, accelerate/bleed/bloat with Governs.
Get 3-5 minions out(the more the better)
Rush and hopefully kill EVERYTHING(solitary existence to play this deck. And it doesn't matter if my minions are in torpor if so are everyone elses, I can get out easier than most)

Defense against votes is threatening table talk and making an example. if that doesn't work, just use the age old phrase "when in doubt, rush them out"

Changes i'm going to make: Add Humanitas, Haven uncovereds, conditionings->freak drives, skin of nights->press of some sort. Maybe add some Perfectionists as a bloat-module. And change the crypt a bit.
