MERGED: During your unlock, you can burn a blood brother you control, if you do, angelo gains +1 bleed or +1 stealth or +1 strength for the rest of the game. You cannot choose the same bonus more than once.

Advantages of the base version: he is a tough guy (pot CEL FOR). His power to destroy location can allow deal crosstables.
He could be mixed with chicago circle, torrance circle and mexico circle.

Disadvantages:
ok he cannot recruit tasha morgan but there is yet no cards linking retainer and blood brother
he is sterile but it s kind of background mandatory for blood brothers.
potence inferior for a seven cap blood brother (the most expensive yet created) is more an issue as blood brother decks in g2 and g4 relies heavily on POT...
its power to belong to all circle is limited to sanguinus

Reason/game need:
- completing angelo as allowing to use such cards as oppugnant nights, three is a crowd or even thicker than blood. So he could become a fixer for any g2 or g4 blood brother deck.
- merged advantage is linked to his lack of POT as also to the world of darkness reference: originally angelo ate all his own circle. His repeated diablerie altered his mind making him totally insane which combined to sanguinus and vicissitude made him almost able to fit in any crowd or place (the +1 stealth). He was finally traced by alastors following his wreckage path (the +1 bleed). The +1 strength is more to compensate the potence inferior.

There is a mistake in your disadvantages:
Your card text says: "cannot recruit allies". So of course he can get Tasha Morgan, J.S. Simmons, etc. because they are retainer.
Beside this I like to make a deck with him

I do not believe all the text will fit on card. Probably ok just to give merged effects of the strength and bleed bonuses.
