Dear Cainites, we would like to suggest all the players to check the official website to find if they are in the Legendary vampire list. Also many others rooms are available in the hotel near the venue at this time. With the usual discount for players. As of this evening I got a reply from Columbus Sea Hotel regarding a reservation for Nov 10 - 14.

I am sorry to tell you that for the period required hotel is fully booked.

So, are there further rooms available or are those already gone again?

Dear Vampires, a few updates about the upcoming EC. We have extended the invitation for Legendary Vampire Tournament to the next players in line because our aim is to host a tournament with 40 players, so please check if you are in the next list and confirm your intention to join with an email. The Columbus Sea Hotel is now fully booked, but we have plenty of other accommodations close to the venue, we will update the appropriate page of the website very soon.
Last, but very important, please pre-register to the event in the appropriate page, so we can keep a close eye on the numbers to carefully welcome you in Genoa. Stay hungry, fellow Metuselah!

Dear vampires, the Columbus Sea hotel still has around 20 rooms available. We strongly suggest you book ASAP. You will find good price even if you book via Web site.

My understanding (based on EC site) was that you should contact the hotel via email... which I did and got a reply regarding my, now reserved, room there. Good stuff!
