Alternative hosting during EC 2014

Now in Luxa hotel all rooms are occupied.
Maybe there is any other hotel nearby, where rest players are going to live during tournament.
You know, it would be nice to be always in appropriate VtES mood, to communicate with players, play friendly games late and so on.

Maybe somebody here has such information and can give some advices about alternative hosting.

I just got the information, too. If you have not made any reservations yet, I recomend those two hotels:
Leonardo Hotel Mannheim City Center
Mercure Hotel Mannheim am Rathaus

You could use hrs.com or booking.com

I was trying to contact Luxa hotel on friday. It was probably too late anyway, but I did not receive any response so I assume, that my booking did not end succesfully. Thank you for offering alternatives, I will look into them.

By the way, in which of them there will be more players?

Still looking for a roommate, any of those hotels is fine.

I sent an email to make reservations and did not recieve an answer.
Then i called the Hotel and my Reservation did go through,
i then recieved the appropriate confirmation per mail.
Dont assume your Reservation failed just cause you didnt get an aswer.
