It is always helpful to post the card text when asking a question:

Master: location. Put a card from your hand facedown (out of play) on this card when you play it. You may look at the card at any time. During your master phase, you may exchange a card in your hand for the card on this Storage Annex. If the Storage Annex is stolen or burned, the card on it is stolen or burned as well.

So what is your question? "Changing control" as in stolen? Or something else?

Yea, as in stolen. I'm used to the card text you posted, but the card text in JOL does not include the last sentence.

Cards attached to another card come along when that card changes control. The last sentence has been removed because it is redundant.

I just pulled some actual cards:
The Sabbat War version has all of the text but the LoB version does not. I guess it was determined to be "reminder text".
I guess what you need to know is that you should block the vote ;)
