I can't find the answer to this anywhere. If a non-Anarch vampire with Blood Turnip enters combat with an anarch vampire and every other vampire in play is anarch, what happens to the Blood Turnip? What happens if the vampire with the Turnip is also anarch? Thanks.
Blood Turnip
Master
Unique master. Requires a ready anarch.
Put this card on any minion. When this minion enters combat, he or she moves this card and 1 blood (or life) to the opposing minion. If the opposing minion is an anarch, that anarch can move this card onto any minion instead (but it must move).

General idea is:
1) Control an Anarch
2) During your Master Phase, pick a minion (ally or vampire etc) you wish to rush (let's assume it's controlled by your prey)
3) Using a Master Phase Action, play this card on it
4) Rush it using an Anarch Vampire
5) If combat occurs, before anything else happens, the opponent has lost one blood/life, and your minion has gained one blood/life and the Turnip. when using an Anarch Vampire, you can put the card instead on another minion that you plan to rush (you cannot put it on the same minion you're currently in combat with - 'it has to move').
6) Normal combat then ensues, assuming that the victim wasn't a 1-life ally who immediately died.
Think of it as a low-power but persistent Taste of Vitea (www.secretlibrary.info/index.php?lib=286) that you can boomerang around your targets when playing an Anarch rush deck (although note that it can end up on one of your minions if there are other Anarchs on the table).

Just to clarify the above, we've always played the card as 'requiring an Anarch' like, for example, Academic Hunting Ground (www.secretlibrary.info/index.php?lib=3) 'requires' that you control a Tremere.
The difference between the two being that a) Blood Turnip is placed on a minion, and b) the card says 'any minion' - so any valid target on the table.

Before and after that, it does not care about Anarchs (except for putting it into play).

There is only one window, when the Turnip in play checks for "Anarch" status: when the minion with the Turnip on it enters combat.I can't find the answer to this anywhere. So I guess I wasn't clear in how I phrased my question. Here are the two scenarios I am asking about:
Scenario 1: Vamp A is not an anarch and has Blood Turnip on him/her. Vamp B is an anarch and is about to enter combat with Vamp A (by rushing him/her or successfully blocking him/her. Every other vamp in play is anarch and no allies are in play. I know that before combat continues, Vamp A gives one blood and the Turnip to Vamp B. But then what happens to the Turnip? Vamp B is anarch and so can immediately move the turnip to another minion. However, after doing so, that minion (who is also an anarch) can immediately move it to another minion, and so on. Since every other minion in play is also an anarch, where does the Turnip end up?
Scenario 2: Vamp A is an anarch and has Blood Turnip on him/her. Vamp B is also an anarch and is about to enter combat with Vamp A (by rushing him/her or successfully blocking him/her.
Sorry for not being so clear the first time around. I hope somebody can help me answer my question about this silly card in these two scenarios. Thank you.

The blood and the card are moved to B. Since B is anarch, B can move it to another minion (anarch or not) instead per cardtext, and the Blood Turnip ends up there.Scenario 1: Vamp A is not an anarch and has Blood Turnip on him/her. Vamp B is an anarch and is about to enter combat with Vamp A (by rushing him/her or successfully blocking him/her. Every other vamp in play is anarch and no allies are in play. No. The "move to another minion instead" part only concern the "opposing" minion. Other anarchs are not "opposing".However, after doing so, that minion (who is also an anarch) can immediately move it to another minion, and so on. Since every other minion in play is also an anarch, where does the Turnip end up?
Correct.Scenario 2: Vamp A is an anarch and has Blood Turnip on him/her. Vamp B is also an anarch and is about to enter combat with Vamp A (by rushing him/her or successfully blocking him/her. No, they are not "opposing" of A.However, after doing so, that minion (who is also an anarch) can immediately move it to another minion, and so on.
