As usual sorry if this was asked and answered before, I didn't find it.
Torvus Bloodbeard plays Deep Song on ANI to get into combat with Stanislava. No blocks from anybody, they are in combat. Stani is considered the acting minion because of Deep Song and melds into the earth = strike: combat ends. Torvus forms into mist and continues the action as if unblocked at +1 stealth on PRO.
What happens next?
Thanks in advance.

He can't continue the action, as it was successful (nobody blocked, the action resolved successfully). So he can't pay 1 blood to continue the action with Form of Mist.
Otherwise, it would allow to perform twice the action during the same action.

The relevant ruling for this situation:
BTW, even without this ruling Form of Mist would also be unplayable (from current card text) because the stealth is not needed, as there is no blocker.
An action cannot continue "as if unblocked" after a combat resulting from a successful action. [RTR 19970630]

By comparing the stealth of the acting minion with the intercept of the blocking minion, you can determine whether stealth is "needed", that is the current stealth of the acting minion is lesser than the current intercept of the blocking minion.
It's a shortcut for "If this vampire is acting and has less stealth than the blocking minion has intercept..."

There can be a blocking minion. It's not because combat occurs that the blocking minion is no longer considered as such, until the next block attempt. The relevant ruling for this situation:
