What would you say against the following reasoning:
Given that change of target has a ruling that no more action modifiers can be played during after action resolution and dabbler is an effect that triggers after action resolves, dabbler cant be used.

Dabbler is not an action modifier.
And the main text is:
"Once each turn, after an action (successful or not) is resolved"
