Vampire trade value?

Very interesting. I can see how this would accurately cover vampires that fall into the $0.25 to $16 range, which is to say all of them. These are the prices people might expect to pay/trade for.
Add to that the possible Ebay factors:
-Buy it now inflation (see Sutekh )
-Minimum buy it now price
-Phishing for idiots (See Ezmerelda )
-Bidding wars
And you seem to have what I consider a good estimation of price.
Anyone have another idea? After all, if who I'm trying to trade with doesn't agree to a price I would pay, it doesn't really matter what I think.
Be careful when you fight the monsters, lest you become one.

decent support vampire with no distribution issues: $0.25 - $0.50
star-quality vampire or excellent support vampire with no distribution issues: $1.00 - $2.00
superstar vampire with no distribution issues: $3.00 - $4.00
distribution multipliers:
starter only: 1@ 3x; 2@ 2x
booster rare only: FN 4x; BL 2x
promo only: 3x

Molloy:
I have always wondered the same thing. Sutekh is good, but he is not super powerful. esmerelda is quite good though.

High epensive >$15: sutek, augustus, ur-shugli
I must admit it's the main thing that surprise me. Were there rarer than regular vampires ? Because it's not like they seem all that powerful, or played.

Ezmerelda is the only one of the fn 11 caps that should be that expensive, because she is the most playable. all the others should be lower in price, so while they sell for $20 and up, they are realistically not "worth" that much in trade value. Matthias is more playable than most of them, as is convert, so there is no reason why they should be that pricey, other than how old the set is.
i don't know very much about bl or fn as far as vamp distribution, but i've heard from a player who bought alot of bloodlines that its rares were distributed weird. were both of these sets not printed in huge quantities, or did they just disappear quickly?

Neither Ezmerelda nor Augustus Giovanni has appeared in a TWD. Sutekh has appeared in 2 (though only 1 copy of him was in each crypt).
Ur-Shulgi has been in 1 TWD and he was the star!
The four 11-cap independents were R1s in FN.
All of the vampires from Scarce Bloodlines were also rares.
That's why they are so hard to find.

Almost all of the Final Nights rares were R2. The R1s were especially hard to get. I think the only R1s were the four vampires, Mythic Form and Lupine Assault.
