Based on the original report by Lithuanian NC Nerijus Mikalajūnas, found on VEKN on Facebook (with more of the great photos by Marko Saari):
23 players from 6 nations (Lithuania, Poland, Finland, Belarus, France, and the UK) met up at the Wargamer Club in Vilnius on Saturday, February 24th. The tournament is held yearly this time of the year to commemorate departed VTES player Julius Stonis, now also depicted on an Anarch Convert card.
Note the very nice event exclusive playmat visible on some of the images above!
Standings after the first three rounds:
1. Tomasz Kloczko (2 GW, 8 VP)
2. Nerijus Mikalajūnas (2 GW, 8 VP)
3. Lech Ivanov (2 GW, 7 VP)
4. Michal Krupa (1 GW, 6 VP)
5. Bartosz Kalinczuk (1 GW, 5 VP)
Congratulations Bartosz Kalinczuk, new Lithuanian champion, who won the final after only 45 minutes (championship record?!) with 4 victory points. Tomasz Kloczko got 1 point. As you might remember, Bartosz also won the 2023 Grand Prix final, so there is a very good chance he actually is the best player in Lithuania ;)
