Forcing another Methuselah to take control of a Vampire.

Hi, i'm new to the forums so excuse me if I put this in the wrong location.

I was thinking about making a deck that uses a different strategy but in order for it to work I need to give a different player (my prey) a vampire.

Is there any cards that changes control of a vampire against a players will?

Basically, I want my prey to take control of a vampire known as

Nope, basically your prey has to be nuts enough to take Jacob from you.

Give him three flak jackets, an assault rifle, heart of cheating, two vessels and the rack then Malkavian time auction him. someone should want him then.......
