I have been in there area for two years but I am just getting into Vampire the Eternal Struggle and considering Vampire the Masquerade.

You should be able to find them if you navigate to
Vampire: Elder Kindred Network -> Prince List
and do s search for your area or their names.

Facebook is great for contacting players, once you know their name or are friends with someone who knows them.
