I know of a group in the North. I'm guessing Belfast, but didn't ask where they're at at the moment. We spoke just last week though, and they're enjoying the Sabbat starters. 
Sounds grand (since I brought the game to the group years ago).
There was a group 8 years ago or so in Dublin I knew. I'm not sure if they play anymore.
