I might turn 3 of the 4 copies of enhanced senses to 1x My Enemy's Enemy and 2x Eagle's Sight to block ousting moves somewhere you wouldn't normally be able to block. I'd work on your master selection some. Maybe some more trifles? Wash is good, Life in the City is a maybe. I don't know if you need so many intercept locations and I think that you could probably avoid PB: Montreal and The Rack to keep from having to spend too much effort defending against the table. Try playing it and see what doesn't seem to work.
As suggested by Hakuron, check out Cause and Effect for their discussion of a couple different "Stickmen" builds. One thing they seem to stress is limiting the deck size, which is something I still have trouble with.

I would play 2x Eagle's Sight instead of 2x Precognition. You never know when you need one.
