I would also say 8x Sudden. If you want to stop all those master card abusing decks, than you shouldn't give back their master ohase action.

Rush, which need setup and fears S:CE. Don't think it's nice idea. Blood still would be a problem.
don't add Ankara Citadel, all your blood will come for free from diablerie.
hope that nobody's playing an ally/imbued deck at your tables. I don't know how to counter this. maybe make some crazy deals to get them ousted first.

I would be really nervous to go into any tournament without any vote defense. You could find room for 1-3 Delaying Tactics and maybe DI or Vox Domini. And what about a Fortitude master? Good chance of seeing a big, juicy 10-cap in a tournament, right?

The Last Chance Qualifier will have more horrible stealth bleed than you can possibly imagine.
i.e. 33% of the players qualify for the first time to play the rest of the weekend. Winning games on those days is beyond critical for the player that arrives unqualified. Voting is too easily disturbed by your prey, your predator, and anyone with a Delaying Tactics in hand that isn't getting the terms they want on your vote. I expect to see extremely few vote decks in the Last Chance Qualifier.
There will be more votes on Day 1, but Day 2 is where they will shine, as the hyper-bleed for 6 decks will have been retired after the players using them have gotten to Day 1 or Day 2.
Tariq would be a better choice, with his built-in rush action, but I couldn't find any copies of him when researching what decks to build for that day.

Hm... in that case my only other suggestions at this moment are an emergency Chantry and perhaps a Metro Underground.

I pretty much agree with all of this. If I would play the LCQ I would definitely play a Ventrue anti grinder with at least 14-16 bounce cards. i agrre with Tariq being a better option.
Jeff! I have 2 basic and 1 advanced Tariq to lend to you if you want!
