How do you intend to oust?
Call votes, bleed as back-up (Governs and +1 bleed from Power of One)

How do you intend to survive?
Deflect, don't pay a lot on minions and recoup some of that from votes. Vote defense is to have more votes than your opponent.

What will your ready region look like?
I'm not completely sure. I would guess three minions minimum, preferably more like 4-5.

What will your average turn look like?
Try to look goofy and non-threatening as possible (hard with obt dom). Go anarch, call an Anarch Salon, become a baron. When it comes to it, do a lot of damage through votes.

What does your meta look like?
Low combat right now, medium-high bleed, moderate intercept and votes.

What is the core of the deck?
Weenie Lasombra Anarch Vote. I am aware that the two bishops cannot be made anarchs here, but the one vote and capacity/discipline spread seems too good to resist. Their titles let me use Powerbase: Madrid... maybe.

Thoughts?

Interesting theme, but I dont quite see what bunch of damage you can do. I suppose you use some governs in your build up phase, and you dont have that many damaging vote cards. I also think its to few effects that make vampires anarchs. Maybe add some more converts and another twilight camp.

Drop the bishops. You don't want to have a Fee Stake in hand and no one able to use it. Dame Hollerin' is better for your deck than Virginie anyway, since you're not really using Potence, and can fill the DOM chain gap that Andrew Emory already wasn't. Black Wallace can easily replace Virgine.

Personally, I'd double the number of Fee Stakes in here and see if that's too many.

Add Embraces so that your RevCo's are meaningful (they also power up your Power Structure).

You've got a lot of "tap to..." cards, and should have one more in the form of Zaire Ferry, so consider adding a House of Sorrows.

I can't see how Arms of the Abyss is superior to Shadow Body for a deck that plans to take a lot of non-bleed actions and doesn't really care about fighting.

How about this?

I'm not sure if I'd like to try House of Sorrow for this deck. I might make the deck 80 cards and add duplicates of Fee Stake Corte and Perth because they are very unlikely to be contested.

As for doing a bunch of damage, Reckless Agitation alone is pretty scary. Revolutionary counsel, if it works, can do a lot of damage, too. 1x KRC + 1x Rev/Reckless Ag would mean 3 + 5 or 2/4/6, etc damage to a target. It isn't the most damaging turn ever (I could just go obt dom bleed after all), but it might be good for some VPs.

The reason I suggested trying to have more anarchs out for RevCo is that you can retrieve it with Garibaldi Museum for more ousts. Reckless Ag is good, but more limited (unusable during endgame), and also not retrievable since it doesn't require an anarch.

Part of the reason I suggested House of Sorrows was that I assumed that this deck also had an Anarch Railroad. Oversight on my part, or on yours?????

I understand why you suggested it. In a deck that generates more pool or makes anarchs more reliably, I'd put in a railroad. As it stands, I'm almost guaranteed to have a Lasombra, where it may or may not be an anarch. Same cost means elysian fields > anarch railroad.
