Give her Aaron's Feeding Razor and Perfectionist, and you can drop those Restoration card slots...

I thought about that, but then I'd be looking at 2/60 instead of 8/60. I wanted to guarantee (more or less) the combo every turn starting the turn Rabbat comes out. Maybe I should just replace 2 Restorations?

If everything goes to plan, you'll be making about three pool back per turn but those go to new minions. You have no defense and offense is five camera phones and some stealth, basically. I'm probably missing something, but on my reading I don't see how this deck is supposed to really work.

No, I'm pretty sure you want to be hunting to trigger Rabbat's pool gain ability. You can always run more Perfectionists since it doesn't hurt on your other vampires. More Freak Drives also ends up creating more hunts when you get a hunt bonus, like Razor, in play.

I do like the concept quite a bit. Been a while since I used Rabbat.
