Nice focused deck.
But with Groomings and Dom cards you'll face a problem of blood absence.
So I recommend to add some Obediences for blood defense.

Have you considered adding some Soul Scans?

It's an ideal way to bring out younger vampires, plus it saves you time (and transfers and a pool).

Heidelberg Castle would also be ideal, to shuffle around the blood.

Soul Scan. I didn't even know that card existed. But I have plenty of transfers, and not enough actions with such huge vampires. I doubt it's worth it. And after spending excess blood on Govern the Unaligned, Deflection and Rutor's Hand I am not sure there is much blood to push around via Heidelberg. But a reasonable suggestion nonetheless.

If blood is an issue, you could always join the club and add in a Lilith's Blessing!

Have you considered adding a couple of Tremere Antitribu as well? I know that you won't be able to use Grooming the Protege with them, but I think Orlando would slot in nicely (his special having lots of synergy with the votes of Gabrielle, Gerald, and Dr. Dee).
