Lucas Halton, Lord of his Domain was created by DeathInABottle
I'd like to take advantage of Lucas Halton's ability and his disciplines to block an Anathema'd vampire and suck him dry, hopefully grabbing a trophy in the process. My main worry is that there are too many moving parts.

1. How do you intend to oust?
This is where the deck's weakest. I'd like to include more Governs and/or another Trophy: Revered so that I can oust via bleeds when my prey's ready region is sparse. It might be worth dropping the trophy angle in order to devote those action slots to Governs and the master slots to other permanents.
2. How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
By blocking.
3. What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
Lucas and one other.
4. What do you want your average turn to look like?
Govern down or play Trumped or Anathema on one of my prey's vampires. During his turn, block that vampire's actions, using Second Tradition and Eagle Sight if necessary. Suck the blood off of the vampire. Use Lucas's ability to stay
untapped to block my predator.
5. What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
It varies, but it's relatively combat heavy. This means that Thefts are a decent option, since prevention is useless.
6. What problems have you observed with the deck in play?
I haven't built it yet.

I've played a deck similar to this. Instead of the vote angle, I used Minion Tap, but the idea is the same: drain blood, gain a ton of pool. But you won't oust anyone. I would love to see a ton more Dominate, maybe permanents like Pulse of the Canaille. A way to finish off vampires without Anathema, like a .44 Magnum. Temptation of Greater Power for sure!1. If you decide to go the Villein/Minion Tap, you could consider adding Mistress Fanchon (
, 4 votes, +2 bleed).
I'd also consider swapping out a copy of Troius for a single copy of Lernean. Although she can't use Anathema or Second Tradition, it's a backup minion to Lucas with 3 votes,
, and a built-in additional.
Also consider swapping one copy of Erichtho for Eric Kressida. Similar discipline-spread. Can't use Chantry/Wasserschloss but comes with a title (an extra vote, and can play Trumped Up Charges.
You should definitely swap out Wasserschloss for Arcane Library (or have both).
Maybe add a Trophy: Diablerie in case there are lots of votes on the table.
You could also consider adding some permanents (Bowl of Convergence, Ivory Bow).

I'd suggest you could either:
Play votes and
combat. (Not sure about Tomb of Ramesses III). Get rid of Vessels and put in Villeins or Minion Taps (you shouldn't care which ones for pool but for the "trifle" nature). Get rid of the Trophies. It becomes a Theft & Tap deck.
Dump the votes, grab Pulse of the Canailles, add in a few Seductions for the bleed killer.
For either deck I'd consider tossing in a couple of Magic of the Smith's + Bowl of Convergeance & Drum of Xipe Totec. It allows you to diversify your crypt a little into some of the smaller vampires or other vampires with useful titles but no Celerity.
