Unless your playgroup want's to block a lot or bleeds a lot without stealth, I'd recommend that you down your combat to 30-ish and add more rush actions. 2 rushes and Eye of Hazimel seems too low for a 40 red cards.
Rutor's Hand could go there, so you could first rush and then bleed.
How about:
+1 Dreams
-1 Potence
+1 Guardian Angel (prevent and intercept for 2 pool is great!)
-1 Fame (you have enough bleed to oust, so you don't need to rely on Fame)
-3 Immortal Grapples
-6 Blood Fury
-2 Rego Motus
-2 Leather Jacket
+2 Blood Rage (doesn't cost blood)
+2 Soul Burn (Long Range is good)
+1 Flak Jacket
+2 Rutor's Hand
+1 Harass
+1 Nose o'Hound
+4 Rumble
My reasoning is: With Eye/Depravity and Flak Jacket/Guardian Angel you have a monster who can strike minions with low blood to torpor quite easily - especially if you have Approtation, Blood Fury (Rage) or IG in hand.
Other than that, you just need one or two combats that deal 6+ damage.

I really like the suggestion of going down on Fame and adding more card flush tech. This deck needs The Barrens.
But as far as blocking bleeds? Bryan van Duesen bleeds for 2, and so does anyone with the Eye of Hazimel. With 7 Threats in the deck, yes, I do plan on people blocking my bleeds. Then I want to punch them for 5.

In addition to the obvious bleed deflecting problem, you may be in trouble against a prey that "just" bloat. If your prey gain 3 pool per turn - not that hard as most bloat card tend to reward 3 pool - you will both kill extremely slowly and choke on red card.

Any reason for the star being Reverend Blackwood exactly? Just 'cause he has both superior Thaumaturgy and Dominate, or is there a secondary master plan?
I think the deck looks good.
I'm just thinking though - if you were to star Selena for example you'd get an option for nifty
cards like Nightmare Curse.

Well, I don't know about the choking part. The Eye does have a built in rush, so getting into combat and getting rid of the combat cards shouldn't be a problem. Bloat decks are always a problem, but whaddaya do - I think the deck layout has a fair chance against a multitude of opponents.

Damaging strikes made by Reverend Blackwood that require Thaumaturgy inflict +1 damage.

90 cards, 6 eye or magic. I am under the belief that the eye of hazimel is supposed to be important but not required, and can easily be postponed to the late game or even skipped if an untimely DI or canine horde happen.
And for the most part, it can work without the eye (hitting for 3 is good enough) - except that it have no real way to cycle all thoses combats cards.
