I noticed two of your vampires have :for:, it might be interesting to have a surprise copy of Daring the Dawn, for that one crucial action that must go through.

Or a few freak drive to call a vote then bleed.

Edit: Forced march may be better for this deck.

How do you expect to survive with no untap? I don't see how you can afford to simply not act with one of your big minions every turn.

Villeins, voter caps, parity shifts, can go a long way. And there is Eyes of Argus and bounce there also. Not to mention Alexandra gives me free untap every turn.

7x Change of Target
11x Crocodile's Tongue

6x Catatonic Fear
6x Charismatic Aura
4x Torrent

Is there a lot of combat/rush in your metagame? This is a lot of combat ends (and anti grapple stuff) but it may fit your metagame.

Also, what if your prey decides to not block and has a good bloat mechanic? IMHO, I think someone will see Toreador and assume you have majesty. this may lead them to think, "If I block I will pay for Aching Beauty or Croc Tongue or both. He will then majesty or change of target and do something else painful. I won't block." As you have said, this is what you want them to do. That is, not block. I just wonder if you will choke on all these cards that seem to depend on them blocking (croc tongue, change of target, and 16 S:CE). just something to think about.

edit: By the way, I love this deck type. Aching Beauty is one of my favorite cards. The old art on aching beauty is much better in my opinion.

All of my vampires have built-in +bleed, not many decks can bloat that much constantly to outdo that. So no matter what I have in hand, each of my vampires can do 2-3 pool damage a turn by default. Of course the aching beauties and votes will add to that when available.

You could make the deck just as well with group 1-2 by just replacing Annabelle and Guil with Anneke and Masika, that way you gain some more defense from Masika's untap ability, but lose some forward momentum in turn from losing Annabelle's special. Not sure which one is better, but I went for this simply because I don't have enough copies of the group 1 vampires.

There is a lot of combat defense yes, and if you get to a very non-violent table you might have to discard some, but its better than having your 10 cap obliterated by some chump with POT.

I have won most games that I have played with the deck, but the ones I have lost have been mainly due to losing my minions, not for taking too much pool damage too fast. Blood denial deck is probably the worst one to have next to you with this deck, ironically enough.
