Al should be able to get blood back to summon more 'histories'. After one Remnant he is more or less empty, even with the Ankara Citadel. The Coven? Heidelberg Castle to give him blood from your other minions?
Bleed defence? No bounce/bleed reducing with AUS? That seems dangerous to me.
What about at least three or so Agent of Powers for the little ones?

To gain blood the best way is hunting grounds, some procurers and perfecsionst. Instead of Helicopter I recomend Cavalier and aldo a Amulet Amulet of Temporal Perception to other minions can play temporis cards too.

Help me understand Procurer. How does the math work out? Why spend 2 blood only to break even 2 turns later?

Should only cost 1 for Al to go get, and since it is just blood cost the little guys could also take the action to get it.

With Ankara u will only pay 1 blood (0 if you have a perfecsionist instead cavalier) for procurer and for long play procurer can help for remainder of the game.
