Inferior Hourglass of the Mind is generally a no brainer but it's even better in a Summon-deck. If you play it before Summoning it basically allows you to draw 4 cards and shuffle 4 back to your library.

My variant, it does the votes, does the allies, has the obf, no art of memory, but mad recursion.
Al gets blood via Dmitra, or best, via clothos, hungry, and aarons
