This is fairly old deck of mine that I recently changed quite heavily, adding acceleration (zillahs), focusing the crypt, and diversifying the actions and action modifiers some. Idea is basically to use crocodiles tongues, catatonic fears, and Franocis' special to bully actions through, which works better than might be expected because usually people tend to villein their guys to fairly low blood.
Bloat with villeins, voter caps, and shifts to stay alive, call votes and bleed for 2-3 to oust (each of the vampires has built-in +bleed). There is also some stealth and pseudo stealth to help get critical actions through and to keep people guessing. I would like to fit in some aching beauties there also, but not sure where to find room for those since zillah's valleys take quite a large chunk from master space.
Also note that Anneke would be completely interchangeable with Guil in this deck, both are the same as far as this deck is concerned (all in-clans at superior, 3 votes, and +1 bleed), main reason I am using Guil is that I don't have enough copies of Anneke.
Crypt:
4x Francois Villon
4x Madame Guil
4x Alexandra
Library: 90
Master: 20 (7 trifle)
2x Art Museum
3x Dreams of the Sphinx
1x Giant's Blood
1x Monastery of Shadows
7x Villein
6x Zillah's Valley
Action: 3
3x Flurry of Action
Action Modifier: 37
2x Approximation of Loyalty
7x Change of Target
11x Crocodile's Tongue
5x Perfect Paragon
2x Resist Earth's Grasp
4x Scorn of Adonis
6x Voter Captivation
Combat: 15
6x Catatonic Fear
6x Charismatic Aura
3x Torrent
Political Action: 15
1x Anarchist Uprising
1x Ancient Influence
1x Ancilla Empowerment
2x Banishment
4x Kine Resources Contested
4x Parity Shift
1x Political Stranglehold
1x Reins of Power

mmm... :/
not enough diversity in the crypt.
You should consider adding more cool toreador princes for less crypt jam and better efficiency.
Also : not playing Tore grand ball is a bit silly... Crocodile's tongue is not so easy to cycle (i tried, believe me).

I would remove some Crocodile's Tongues and add some more crypt acceleration. 6 Zillah's and 3 Dreams are not enough in 90 cards.
Scorn of Adonis is funny but 4 is too much. 1 or 2 as a surprise tech would be enough (though I wouldn't play them at all).
Considering the attrition power of the deck, I would certainly play more Banishments and an Impudulu (costs blood that François can afford, can make a resilient blocker too).

I've been playing a deck rather similar to this earlier on (I'm experimenting with Madame Guil's Alastor madness right now), and Banishment is definitely useful.
Also, I also think that four copies of three different vampires might not be the best idea. It wouldn't hurt to drop one alexandra and one Madame to bring a couple of PRE or AUS weenies to do the dirty work. Extra minions is always nice. It adds to the adjustability of the deck.
What I really don't understand is why wouldn't you bring at least a couple of bounces or second traditions. 2nd trads are ALWAYS useful, so I've found. I find the deck too straight forward and not really that adjustable. At least bring a Bowl.
Right now, it seems to me, there's a pretty high chance that your prey is going to turtle up to defend against you once they understand just how aggressive your deck 'forces' (kinda) you to play, and it'll be a wee bit easier an oust for your predator.
Funny story:
Alexandra and friends tend to draw a lot of hatred. One of the newer players we're having fell in love with Crocodile's Tongue and just how brutal Toreador's osuting capacity can be, but he soon faced a wall - a wall of other players not willing to play his game for him.
Made him pretty down, but he WAS playing an AAA club without any reactions (other than bounces) and only forward motion. He scared the shit out of the others and faced a gangbang he didn't see coming.
Now, I'm pretty sure every game is different and you know how to play better with more experience, but I thought a warning might be in order anyways. This deck resembles this mate's deck (and playing style) so much I just had to share.

I'm not so sure about that. 3 Dreams is a lot.I would remove some Crocodile's Tongues and add some more crypt acceleration. 6 Zillah's and 3 Dreams are not enough in 90 cards.
They can work as extra pool damage, and are pretty easy to cycle once you get to the referendum. That card's something I've been wanting to try out for a long time.Scorn of Adonis is funny but 4 is too much. 1 or 2 as a surprise tech would be enough (though I wouldn't play them at all).

1. How many cards do you usually need for a standard 5-player table? Would be interesting to see this deck in a 75 card version.
2. Have you considered adding 3 AUS weenies? This would give you more actions per game and help as chump blockers.
3. Also a reaction package? 2 EoArgus, 2 Telepathic misdirection, 2 My enemys enemy? May be tough at 75 cards though.

As Ankha and Kraus have stated banishment is good in this attrition style deck.
Also, If you are using 4 Madame Guil, 1 or 2 copies of temptation are great. Often the player will attempt to block temptation, which allows for the use of Croc's Tongue. If it lands, It will cause all kinds of headaches for the player. They will not want to block with the minion so they are not stolen after a Croc's Tongue. If you put it on a minion with votes, it adds to your voter caps when you take control of it.
Another consideration is the Camarilla Exemplary vote to cause more pain for blockers. Archon is another vote that burns blood but it can also give you a rush for catatonic fear. If you add some target vitals this could peel off even more blood.
These are just ideas for you to consider. If you would add any of this, I would take out 1 or 2 croc tongue and the Scorn of Adonis'.
One more thing, having played Toreadors quite often, I agree with Kraus that it may come with a lot of table hate.
