Hello... First post here, and english is not my mother language, so please, be gentle :)

I would like to get some help in improving this deck i have been playing with lately.

How do you intend to oust?

Bleed at stealth and voting

How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
Recovering blood of my huge minions using villein, parity shifts, some bounce.
Mild bloat using Arcane Library

What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?

Malgorzata and Mistress Fanchon out, with a Prince or Justicar with them
Mistress Fanchon all tool up, with rutor and helicopter, if possible

What do you want your average turn to look like?

Mistress Fanchon searching my library for whatever is needed most, and then bleeding and voting with my minions. Mistres Fanchon would end my turn untaped, to be able to play deflection if needed

What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?

Quite varied. I intend to go to tournaments with this deck

What problems have you observed with the deck in play?

My minions lose lot of blood, and i don't have any good tech to be able to recover it quickly. Also, not very satisfied with the master section... I need to have minions quickly, but 4x Information Highway seem to be too much of them...
I am returning now to play, after almost a year without playing, and was wondering if there is some new tech i don't know about that could help this deck...

Also, the deck is not too focused... it has a lot of cards that you wouldn't usually include in a deck, just in case you need them, but Mistress Fanchon ability allows you to try to adapt to wahtever you are facing... Maybe some trimming is in order to make the deck more stable...

Here is the deck

I would cut the Parity shifts: none of your two stars can play it. Just play more Banishment instead, it is always funny in a meta full of Villeins.

What do you want your average turn to look like?

Mistress Fanchon searching my library for whatever is needed most, and then bleeding and voting with my minions.

Be careful, because it's a bad thing to believe you'll be able to do that each turn. You won't be able to do this early in the game (because you'll lack untap and minions) so using her special should really be seen as a last measure option.
And you're really lacking stealth to be able to do things with Fanchon.

To be honest, it seems to me like you're trying to cram two concepts into a single deck - a VIC angle and a political deck, and that, IMHO, makes a deck a bit all over the place. I'd choose - VIC angle gives you access to more stealth and/or bleed and some wicked non-standard (for Tremere) combat options. If you choose politics, you should drop VIC angle and just choose either Tremere or !Tremere (both can be very decent vote decks). Also, should you choose politics and Tremere, you could go for an ANI angle (Gabi+Dr.Dee), since it provides stealth and S:CE and you can play parity shifts much more easily...

But, let's focus on this deck. I'd say you really should go with less Villeins and more Vessels/Blood Dolls - you will probably want to play Rutor's Hands as soon as possible and you need fuller vamps for that.

If speed is what you lack, you could always play more Dreams and, since your main players are 8+ caps, Zillah's Valleys...

Plasmic Form is an ok card, but 8 is pushing it, especially considering its cost. Blood of the Sandman could be dropped (it's nice but a tad too expensive for a competitive play), as perhaps should Far Mastery and Soul Decoration. As previously mentioned, you should reconsider your Political section - IMO all your politics should be playable by both your main vamps, if that is your concept. This means replacing Parity Shifts and Alastors with something else...

Hello, every once in a while a deck I see intrigues me and I like when a person honestly asks for help (you would be amazed how many people "ask" for help, but really, they think their deck is perfect.) So if you don't mind, I'll do a little bit of analysis of your deck.

NOTE: The analysis is to NOT just make a streamlined deck (how I would see it). You gave requirements when you answered the questions about what you want your deck to do, so I will stick to that theme.

Analysis:
So its a stealth vote bleed deck with 3 big guys, where at least 1 is a prince. I actually like the non-party shift approach mentioned and then you can use Orlando as well but Parity shift it is!

First step - Vampires. Not a bad crypt for your theme. But did you consider group 5?
Graham Gottesman 7 obf pre tha DOM FOR
Gabrielle di Righetti 10 obf pot ANI AUS DOM THA [Very strong]
[Note that if you go group 5 Obfuscate is an option - see stealth below]

Next step - getting out 3 big vampires. If they were all Prince-Justicar I would go with the 8 Zillah's valley approach (makes parity shift easy) but since you do not, the standard 3 Zillah's, 3 Info Highway, 3 Dreams seems good. Arcane Library, 7 villeins, Pentex, Giant's blood. That is 19 masters right there. Because 7 are trifles and some will be easily discarded, you can probably go to around 23. In your play just make sure to not hold your masters or your will hand jam easily. Not relavent to this analysis (kinda) but I play The Barrens in almost every deck and rarely disappointed.

Next step - your oust is mostly vote, but with govern and IC you have some bleed too. The mechanic to lead to oust is stealth (as opposed to combat or intercept). So what do they have?

Mirror Walk is strong. Creepshow Casino and Monastery of Shadows is also good, but takes up some of your few precious master card slots left. Dominate does not have "stealth" per se', but Seduction and The Sleeping Mind** is good. **The Sleeping Mind is getting stronger in tournament meta. Its a seduction for a tapped minion at inferior and it destroys animalism untap and 2nd tradition. You can splash some Visissitude stealth but remember its the parity shifts that you really want unblocked. Even Change of Target is a nice trick. Lets assume around 15 cards.

Stealth + Masters is now around 40.

Next step: What you would like to see: "Mistress Fanchon searching my library for whatever is needed most, and then bleeding and voting with my minions. Mistres Fanchon would end my turn untaped, to be able to play deflection if needed"

So how does one do this? Rutor's Hand is nice but that is 4 precious Villein pool. And you can't fill your deck with it. Norman Brown once said and I think there is something to it (paraphrase) "For every 3 capacity, a vampire needs to do one action OR reaction per turn." So if you have fortitude or serpentis, freak drive and Truth of 1000 lies is good. If auspex/dominate need to be able to bounce.

So assume your average capacity is around 9. That means you have 1 action and need 2 reactions. Because of helicopter and rutors, you can probably "steal" slots from your reaction package for those toolups.

So you have 7 deflections, probably some portion of wakes (eyes of argus is important). Note that if you want to go heavy on the untap. Eluding the Arms of Morpheus goes well with Deflection and Obedience. Lets assume you don't go the anti-combat route (obedience) and just stick to wakes. Makes it about 15 cards.

Stealth + Masters + Reaction is now around 55. Adding Rutors and helicopter is around 5. Making it 60.

Next step - Ousting package. This post is getting long so to be brief I would have about 20 cards to govern the unaligned and votes. That is you to play with. 5 should be parity shift for theme. Makes it 80.

Next step - Flavor cards. 10 slots to add whatever you want. Combat defense?

Final step - you have the deck! Play it out, adjust the ratios, have fun with it. Remember, you can try something that you think is weaker (example: Blood of Sandman) but you don't KNOW until you try it. Don't listen to us on flavor cards. We can only aid you on your theme.

Hope this helps,

Ach... there is always something forgotten. You mentioned keeping blood on vampires. Couple of possible things.

- ankara citidel - although its very popular now and may contest
- abactor - you have vote lock after all.
- Perfectionist - but I wouldn't recommend it.
- Coven - you are non-combat so you don't care if other guys get the blood.
- Votercap - because of malgorzatta and vicotrine you can splash one or two. And if you add a Presence master card so that Mistress Falchon can banish 11-caps...
