Hello again...
Thank you all for all your answers, they have been most helpfull...
I think that i will try to keep the princes/justicar angle just for a while, as they have worked mostly fine for me...
Will try to trim the deck a bit to try to make space for some of your suggestions, but i would like to ask erewego why he does not recommend perfectionist?
It seemed one of the best solutions for me...
don't like abactor (too risky), was considering lilith's blessing (i know, everyone and his mother includes lilith's blessing in all decks nowadays, but even without abusing it with villeins i think it could work fine in this deck) and also was considering papillon (too expensive, and i need one of the princes in play).

Allow me to ramble a bit more about Malgorzata and/or Tremere political decks.
If your main goal is to play with Malgorzata (something I endorse 100%, check my av), I believe there is a more functioning approach, should you consider tournament environment. In that case, I'd probably make a pure !Tremere g3-4 deck with Malgorzata as a star vampire, with the intent to exploit her awesome special. I'd also drop the political angle and concentrate on stealth/bleed and fill the rest of the crypt with awesome midcaps !Tremere have. You have access to another vamp with VIC (via Infernal Pact), so you'd have two vamps that act and the rest as a support. Keeping it simple is the way to go - you're already tinkering with four disciplines.
However, should your main goal be making a functioning political Tremere/!Tremere g4-5 deck, there are at least two very functioning ways to do it, depending on your crypt preferences:
v1 is concentrating on Mistress as your main vamp, backed up by Orlando. The benefit is threefold: 1) you have 10 votes from 2 vamps (compare it with 7 you'd get from Mistress+Malgorzata); 2)both of your star vamps have +bleed abilities, meaning you can go easy with bleed modifiers; and 3) both of your vamps share obfucsate, which can be huge in political decks. The rest of your crypt can be splashes of princes (Dr. Dee, Troius), solid titled vamps (Zane) and 1-2 Geralds to secure your vote lock.
Downside of this is that none of your vamps are princes/justicars so you don't get access to traditions and Parity Shifts.
v2, and my preferred version is concentrating on Gabi/Dr. Dee angle. They are both princes/justicars. Dr. Dee has a political special, Gabi has an awesome special, which can both bloat you and rid you of troublesome allies. This setup is more suitable for combat-heavy environments, as you can combine 2nd Traditions and Obediences as your main defense against your predator and rush actions (you have Mirror Walks as a 'forward' protection). Those two vamps also share ANI, which gives you access to several awesome splash cards: Mind of the Wilds as an additional stealth/manouver, S:CE should you desire it and (my personal silver bullet card for my meta) Shepherd's Innocence.
This time Mistress can play a second role in your crypt (personally, I've played and won a small local tournament with this setup and she's, due to her size, always been the last vamp coming out), as well as the usual suspects - Orlando, Troius, Gerald...
As well as 2nd trad/Obedience, you get access to Parity Shifts, which is a huge asset.
Also, and I always suggest this, whenever I'm commenting on a Tremere deck, I'd put a Wasserschloss Anif in. It can really speed up your influence of a second vampire or just return excess blood from your vamps in play. It is often neglected by other players and, in worst case scenario, you spend MPA for a single (or more blood) being returned to your pool and at least one action from another player (usually predator).
Ramble over (for now:) ).
EDIT: yeah, Perfectionist is a great card. However, in these types of decks, your master selection is very important and, regrettably, you can very easily have to drop Perfectionist in favor of some other, more vital masters, like Zillahs, Monastery, Casino, villeins/Vessels...should you find room for 1-2 Perfectionists, by all means, do put it in!

Kiddo has it right on the money. Unless you increase slots for more master phases or just accept that your deck will be slow (removing things like zillah's) its just too many master cards.

That is just wrong. The Coven spreads free resources all over the table. Unless you csn put out a lot of damage don't play it. Nearly every deck can pull back blood to pool. So you should care.- Coven - you are non-combat so you don't care if other guys get the blood.

To each their own.
When I don't have combat, to be able to rescue-coven-action seems always good.
And when I need blood for govern/rutors/deflection seems not to bad. And its a trifle.
But again, to each their own.

Did somebody say
?
I like the basic idea behind your deck. Big minions, multiple actions, strong votes, some stealth. But not enough vampires in your crypt can play Parity Shift. Something's got to give - my suggestions:
1. Keep Parity Shift. Replace Malgorzata with Gabrielle di Righetti and maybe make room for Orlando Oriundus. Use obfuscate for stealth instead of vicissitude. Use Mirror Walk and Obedience for combat defense instead of Meld with the Land.
2. Lose Parity Shift. Find titled vampires with vicissitude to fit into the crypt, like Radu Bistri. Find alternate pool gain methods like Bribes, Black Forest Base, or more copies of Govern the Unaligned.
You had a few concerns about the deck.
Blood on vampires: Rutor's Hand after a Villein taps you out. You have many votes for defense and 7 Deflections... how about just using Blood Dolls? If you decide to replace Malgorzata with Gabrielle, you can rely on getting Academic Hunting Ground into play.
Masters and card flow: You should add at least 1 more Dreams of the Sphinx if you stay at 90 cards. Since it doubles as card flow after boosting your transfers, it's slightly better for you than Information Highway. Adam had a good suggestion: if you stick to Parity Shift use something like 8x Zillah's Valley. And don't forget the Barrens.
