Osebo Operations

There have been a lot of strange trick decks trying to take advantage of 419 Operation, but I have concluded that this is the best way to use that card. If your prey has no ready minions, it is impossible for them to get the edge! Focus on destroying your prey. Auspex means you can defend yourself somewhat from your predator, so you don't need to go haywire backwards except when necessary.
Osebo have a great crypt selection for midcaps. Between rushes and intercept, it's not too hard to get in combat with the minion of your choice. If they have no stealth, block them. If they have too much stealth, rush them. If they have Celerity Guns, get help from another player.
I played this yesterday for a small tournament. I had predicted many bigcap voting decks and that this would be the best counter. 75% of the decks were exactly as I predicted -- they were completely at my mercy. Unfortunately, one Imbued deck took too many resources to deal with, so no victory points.

I respect this deck's ability to defend itself, but how does your game plan of "smash my prey's minions so they can't bleed" do anything but give your grand prey a sweep?

I guess rush grand prey if they're getting it too easy? in theory they should get a sweep but in practice it's never that simple. I rarely see it happen myself.
alternative answer: with combat being as difficult to win with as it is, I'd rather go left and do my grandprey favors, instead of going right and looking like I'm ignoring my prey.

drain prey's pool with fame tension dragonbound path of lilith leadership vacuum or 419 ops. bleed with bambas for 1 and the codex for 4. bounce bleeds to the left. they won't last long.I respect this deck's ability to defend itself, but how does your game plan of "smash my prey's minions so they can't bleed" do anything but give your grand prey a sweep?

Three-Player Solution to Combat.
Choose the two other players you'd like to have with you at the end of the game, and then let/help the other two players get obliterated.
